We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with straightforward ways to manage your data. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using the method described below.
Request Account Deletion by Email
To request account deletion, send us an email with the following information so we can locate your account:
- The name of the app (as it appears on Google Play)
- Your username or user ID (if available)
- The email address linked to the account (if applicable)
We will process your request within 7 business days and notify you by email once the deletion is complete.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Your account profile and credentials
- Your usage data, progress, preferences, and saved content
- Purchase history and transaction records
- Any personal information you provided (nickname, email, etc.)
Note: This process deletes server-side data only. To remove locally cached data from your device, uninstall the app through your device's standard uninstall procedure.
Certain transaction records may be retained for the minimum period required by law (e.g., for tax or accounting purposes), after which they will be permanently deleted.
